About Michal Bander

Michal Bander, Jr., Branch Manager of Mortgage Lending at Cross Country Mortgage, aims to alleviate the stress of obtaining a mortgage by guiding clients throughout the process and working with them on credit issues whenever possible.

 

“I look at what we do as an advisory role,” he says. “We listen intuitively to the client’s needs and wants in order to tailor the mortgage around them.”

 

Bander and his team serve first-timers, move-up buyers, clients in the luxury market, empty nesters, and retirees. “We have a vast knowledge of how to properly structure files, set expectations, and communicate effectively,” he says. “By doing all of this, it puts the client, the agent, and us as the lender in the best position for a successful and smooth closing.”

 

Entering the industry over 16 years ago and ranking among the top 1 percent of all mortgage originators for the past six years by Scotsman Guide, Bander is a member of the President’s Club. In addition to assisting his own clients, Bander, and his team lead first-time homebuyer seminars and financial literacy courses.

 

Bander is a member of the Boca Real Estate Investment Club and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He has volunteered in Keller Williams’ Red Day, as well as with Habitat for Humanity and the SOS Kids Village. “My why is my family. I love my wife, Danielle, our daughter, Taryn, and our son, Nolan more than life itself. Helping them, providing for them and being the best version of me for them is what’s most important to me,” he says.
